Lifeworks Northwest's Project Network, a 36-bed drug and alcohol treatment center for women with children, opened in July 2014. The building’s west wing holds the Beech Street Apartments, a 32-unit clean and sober affordable housing facility operated by Home Forward where patients and their children can transition after treatment.

The building includes a child development center, playgrounds, community room, and therapy, medical and office space. The project was designed by Holst Architecture, and Gerding Edlen served as the developer.
